1. Remove iron and oil from the inside of the tank and the shaft. And then you should wipe off the dirt with a lint-free cloth. Then use a small amount of oil or grease to the inner diameter of the oil seal to facilitate oil encapsulation.
2. If the oil seal is too tight when it is loaded, you can not force it in. Otherwise, it will cause deformation of the oil seal and damage to the outer part, which will affect its sealing. If necessary, the outer diameter can be treated with rafts, or the impurities in the oil seal groove can be further inspected and removed.
3. After the oil is packaged, it should be checked whether it is in place. First, observe the depth of the oil seal in the groove to see if there is any deflection. Second, observe the gap between the inner diameter of the oil seal and the shaft to prevent oil leakage due to deflection.
4. In addition, if there is no oil seal of the same type during assembly, you can find another type which has small difference between the specifications and the model type.
5. The inner diameter can be smaller than requiration but it can not be too large because it should not be too tight. Otherwise, the friction will be too large, and the oil seal will be damaged. You can use soapy water and oil to check the engine
